  • 1.先把黃油和糖粉放在厨师机里。
  • 2.把黃油打起发白有光泽就加鸡蛋搅拌均匀。

  • 4.把蔓越莓切碎一点再放入。
  • 5.搅拌均匀即可。
  • 6.把搅拌好的粉揉到不粘手。
  • 7.然后平均分成三份。
  • 8.把每条曲奇揉长用一张干净的纸卷起来。
  • 9.卷好后揉成长方形,放入冰箱里冷冻1个小时。
  • 10.然后把曲奇在冰箱拿出切块。
  • 11.放在涂上油烤盘中。
  • 12.放入烤箱烤上火175度,下火160度,时间是19-21分钟。
  • 13.曲奇烤好拿出。
