Steps to make 五彩素丝炒鳝鱼

  • 1.鳝鱼去骨及内脏,用干淀粉和少许盐抓匀。
  • 2.用清水洗净切丝沥干备用。
  • 3.青椒、红椒、香菇、洋葱洗净切丝备用。
  • 4.烧油锅,倒入鳝丝炒变色后倒出待用。
  • 5.)将香菇丝、姜丝炒香。
  • 6.加入青椒丝、红椒丝、洋葱丝炒匀。
