梭子蟹蒸鸡蛋
梭子蟹肉质细嫩、洁白,富含蛋白质、脂肪及多种矿物质。梭子蟹在冬季徊游季节个体最为健壮,一般重250克左右,最大可达500克。雌蟹红膏满盖,口味极佳。梭子蟹可鲜食,或蒸、或煎、或炒,或一切两半炖豆板酱,或用蟹炒年糕、炒咸菜、煮豆腐,是沿海一带居民餐桌上的常菜。

Steps to make 梭子蟹蒸鸡蛋

  • 1.准备梭子蟹1只,鸡蛋2个。
  • 2.梭子蟹颁开,去底盖,去鳃,去胃,用刷子洗净
  • 3.鸡蛋加料酒,盐,胡椒粉,打匀。
  • 4.把梭子蟹对切,放入开水烫4分钟,捞出。
  • 5.把烫梭子蟹的水加适量到鸡蛋液里,搅拌好,倒入大盘。
  • 6.把梭子蟹放入蛋液,姜片放在梭子蟹底下。
  • 7.把梭子蟹盖子放入。
  • 8.加一点油,盖锅盖,隔水蒸6分钟.
  • 9.闷2分钟,拿出。
  • 10.撒些葱花,蒸鱼豉油即可。
