小麦粗粮法棍

Steps to make 小麦粗粮法棍

  • 1.选用小麦粉250g,倒入酸奶,和温水稀释好的发酵粉搅拌均匀。
  • 2.第一次发酵。
  • 3.发酵过程中用锡纸准备好固定格栅待用。
  • 4.将发酵至1倍大的面团加适量橄榄油揉面均匀后继续发酵。
  • 5.发酵后拿出面条揉搓至筋膜状。
  • 6.分成三个面团,擀面棍擀面皮,中间加入红枣干,自上而下卷成这个熊样。放入格栅内继续醒发至表面膨胀。
  • 7.表面喷水后放入烤箱上下210℃加热定时半小时。
  • 8.大约10分钟左右,表面有烤熟颜色后拉出盖上一层锡纸以防烤糊。
  • 9.上一步补充图片。
  • 10.继续烤制20分钟,拿出晾凉准备切片咪西咪西。
