简单原来也可以这么好味----菠菜糖不甩
糖不甩是汤圆的另外一种简单但是又不失风味的甜品。简单的组合:糯米粉加粘米粉,来点芝麻或花生粒,再配上红糖煮成的糖浆,简简单单的配合也可以成为餐桌上一道美味的甜点。今天我来个改良版的糖不甩。菠菜糖不甩,也不错呢。

    Steps to make 简单原来也可以这么好味----菠菜糖不甩

    • 1.新鲜菠菜洗净打汁,放在一边备用。
    • 2.菠菜汁加点热开水倒进混合好的糯米和粘米粉中,搓成面团后再分成等份的小圆球。
    • 3.花生放进搅拌机里打成粉。
    • 4.锅里放水烧开后放进菠菜糯米团,煮至浮起,盛出,将烧好融化的红糖浆淋在上面。最后就在面团上加上自己喜欢的配料。花生或芝麻碎。我这次加了菠菜蓉。
    • 5.甜甜黏黏的菠菜糖不甩就做好了。上碟。我先来尝一个,恩。配了红糖浆的味道果然另一翻风味。简单又好吃,值得一试。
