莲蓉蛋黄月饼
儿子最喜欢吃的馅就是莲蓉蛋黄,于是做了好多,我也很喜欢.

  • 玉米油100g
  • 白糖150g
  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 转化糖浆100g
  • 枧水3g

Steps to make 莲蓉蛋黄月饼

  • 1.莲子提前浸泡两个小时,取出莲心,放高压锅压熟
  • 2.用料理机打成莲蓉
  • 3.加入白糖,玉米油炒干到不粘锅即可
  • 4.炒好的莲蓉
  • 5.蛋黄用油泡半个小时,用吸油纸吸去表面多余的油备用
  • 6.转化糖浆加入油和枧水搅拌均匀
  • 7.筛入面粉,和成面皮
  • 8.莲蓉包上蛋黄做成30克的馅料
  • 9.面皮分成20克的小剂子,包裹成型,用模具压成月饼
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,月饼表面喷水,入烤箱5分钟后取出
  • 11.刷上一层蛋液,再继续烤制15分钟即可
  • 12.全部烤好
  • 13.装盘
  • 14.装盒送朋友很受欢迎
