香辣牛肉酱拌面
天热吃凉面,我就是用的方便面饼,这种面饼是没有料包、油包且非油炸的速食纯面饼,入锅一煮就熟,无需点水,比新鲜的水面或是挂面又快又好煮;然后加一些配菜,再放2勺香辣牛肉酱拌一拌就好了,简单好做又美味,这样做出来的面条香辣入味又开胃,并且能量满满,我家孩子特别喜欢吃,一顿两碗不费事~~~

  • 香辣牛肉酱2勺

Steps to make 香辣牛肉酱拌面

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.豌豆和虾仁洗净,用刀从虾背剖开去除虾线,然后加少许盐、葱末和料酒抓一抓,腌制几分钟。
  • 3.汤锅中加入适量清水,水烧开后,把面饼和豌豆放进去,煮一分钟左右。
  • 4.煮至面条散开,豌豆浮起,把腌好的虾仁放进去了,继续煮。
  • 5.煮至虾仁变色,面条熟透就可以了,把面条、豌豆和虾仁捞起来放入碗中。
  • 6.煮面条的同时,把炒锅烧热,倒入食用油,打入一个鸡蛋煎熟。
  • 7.撒点葱花黑芝麻,最后再淋上2勺香辣牛肉酱。
  • 8.拌一拌就可以开吃了,虾仁嫩滑。
  • 9.面条Q弹,真的是香辣入味又好吃。
