白菜是老百姓最常食用的蔬菜,尤其北方的冬季,白菜更是家家户户必不可少,素有“冬日白菜美如笋”之说。大白菜具有较高的营养价值,还有“百菜不如白菜”的说法,在我家白菜更是人人喜爱,简单随意的做法总是非常畅销,女儿喜欢白菜馅的饺子,老公喜欢炖白菜,我更喜欢醋溜或与粉丝搭配的蒸白菜,今天先介绍这道蒜香粉丝蒸白菜,爽滑的粉丝软嫩的白菜吸足了蒜香十足的酱汁非常入味,加上色彩缤纷的彩椒粒,素菜其实也能很出彩。

  • 白菜芯一个
  • 粉丝30克
  • 虾皮一小把
  • 红椒半个
  • 黄椒半个
  • 胡萝卜少许
  • 10瓣
  • 生抽30ML
  • 白糖5克
  • 花椒10粒
  • 香葱二根

Steps to make 丝丝入味素菜也能很出彩----蒜香粉丝蒸白菜

  • 1.粉丝用热水泡软。
  • 2.白菜芯切成4瓣。
  • 3.红椒黄椒胡萝卜切小丁,蒜切成末。
  • 4.锅中热油先将蒜末和虾皮小火煸香,炒至金黄。
  • 5.加入生抽,白糖,少许鸡精。
  • 6.6.        倒入适量的水并酌情加盐调味,烧开成蒜香酱汁。
  • 7.找一稍大的平盘,底部先铺上泡软沥干水份的粉丝用量为2/3。
  • 8.再铺上白菜芯。
  • 9.再撒上一层红椒粒黄椒粒胡萝卜粒,不要用完,留下1/3。
  • 10.将做好的蒜香酱汁浇上,留少量的汁液。
  • 11.再将余下的粉丝盖在酱汁上面,将余下的酱汁液淋在粉丝上。
  • 12.上锅大火蒸10分钟。
  • 13.锅中热油,将花椒爆香。
  • 14.菜蒸好后再撒上余下的红椒黄椒及胡萝卜粒,撒香葱碎,将剔掉花椒的热油浇上即可食用。
