  • 色拉油40克
  • 蛋白200克
  • 幼砂糖60克
  • 食用盐0.5克
  • 白醋1/2小勺

Steps to make 牛奶天使蛋糕

  • 1.把原材料准备好;
  • 2.牛奶加入色拉油搅拌均匀,再加入20克幼砂糖搅拌至糖融化;
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,搅拌至无颗粒的均匀面糊;
  • 4.蛋清加入0.5克盐和2ml的白醋;烤箱提前175度预热;
  • 5.60g糖分2次加入蛋清里,打至九分发;
  • 6.打好的蛋清盛1/3加入面糊中,切拌成均匀蛋清面糊;
  • 7.上步骤搅拌均匀的面糊倒回蛋白中并搅拌均匀,并倒入垫好油纸的烤盘里,抹平;
  • 8.震掉大气泡,再在蛋糕糊表面撒上一层椰丝;
  • 9.进烤箱上下火,中层175度,约20分钟;
  • 10.出炉,待凉;把蛋糕倒扣在案板上撕去油纸,反过来放在油纸上,切半,一半抹上果酱;
  • 11.把另一半盖上去,切去四周不规则的部分;
  • 12.把整形好的按自己的喜好切除自己喜欢的形状!
