  • 3.打折中间部分捏紧。
  • 4.做好后起锅加入油,大火加热,放入锅贴中小火慢煎。
  • 5.1分钟后,向锅里撒点水。
  • 6.加盖焖一焖,2分钟后开盖。再撒点水后加盖焖一焖,如此反复2-3次即可。
  • 7.外焦里嫩。
  • 8.出锅装盘。
  • 9.上桌享用吧。
