  • 1.新鲜的猪腰两个准备开工喽
  • 2.猪腰一切为二去掉中间的杂质和肉膜
  • 3.处理好的猪腰在盐水中浸泡一个小时去血水
  • 4.猪腰切成十字花刀
  • 5.切好花刀的猪腰再斜刀切成小块
  • 6.锅中烧开水将猪腰迅速焯一下
  • 7.焯好水的猪腰在冷水中反复冲洗几遍洗净杂质沥干水分备用
  • 8.木耳泡发好开水中焯一下冷水过凉沥干水份备用,青椒和胡萝卜切丝
  • 9.准备好水淀粉
  • 10.锅中放入底油加热放入葱姜蒜爆香
  • 11.放入豆瓣酱、糖、蚝油炒至入味
  • 12.放入腰花大火爆炒
  • 13.放入木耳、青椒、胡萝卜同样快速炒匀
  • 14.添加适量清水放入麻辣底料
  • 15.汤汁入味淋入水淀粉勾芡汤汁收至浓稠时即可撒上葱花
  • 16.做好的麻辣腰花装入容器中撒上芝麻更加美味
