Steps to make 清新抹茶慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.称量好所有材料。
  • 2.牛奶和玉米油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.Z字形搅拌均匀。
  • 5.蛋白分三次加入白糖用打蛋器打至湿性发泡。
  • 6.分三次加入面糊中切拌匀。
  • 7.倒入烤盘中,用刮板刮平表面。
  • 8.烤箱180度预热好,放入烤盘中下层上下火转150度烤20分钟即可取出。
  • 9.放凉后用圆形切模切成圆形。
  • 10.牛奶中放入吉利丁粉隔热水搅拌至完全溶解后放凉备用。
  • 11.淡奶油加入白糖隔冰打至湿性发泡。
  • 12.把步骤10和11混合均匀。
  • 13.抹茶粉倒入开水搅拌均匀放凉。
  • 14.倒入一半慕斯液搅拌均匀。
  • 15.蛋糕放入活底模具中。
  • 16.一勺原色慕斯液,一勺抹茶慕斯液,依次倒入模具中,晃平表面。
  • 17.用牙签随意划出花纹,放入冰箱冷藏5个小时以上取出脱模。
