  • 1.取艾叶最鲜嫩的小叶子清洗干净
  • 2.洗净的艾叶入水熟透
  • 3.煮透的艾叶要再次浸泡去涩味后拧干切细
  • 4.打成泥备用
  • 5.和面特别需要注意的是糯米粉和面团的时候要用80-90°的热水增加其粘性。
  • 6.其实应该是粉团 因为没有加面 哈哈
