牛肉末蚂蚁上树
领导买了好多牛肉末Ground Beef,总是想着办法把它消灭,牛肉末猪肉末都是肉末,试试做个蚂蚁上树呗。在家里有时原料不一定备得很足,一般是冰箱和“货柜”有什么就煮什么求方便,真的不能追求什么正宗,自己和家人吃得开心就挺好了,现在新冠肺炎期间,感觉能对着炉灶做饭和能张开咀吃饭,就已经阿尼吉蒂了。

  • 牛肉末约150克
  • 粉丝1大扎
  • 蒜头2瓣
  • 姜末1小块
  • 干葱头1颗
  • 辣椒屑1大匙
  • 黑芝麻1/2大匙
  • 香葱1棵
  • 生抽1大匙
  • 蚝油1大匙
  • 精盐1/4小匙
  • 老抽1/2大匙
  • 白糖1/3小匙
  • 胡椒粉1/3小匙
  • 白兰地1/2大匙

Steps to make 牛肉末蚂蚁上树

  • 1.用冷水泡粉丝约60分钟。
  • 2.把葱白、干葱头、蒜头、生姜剁成末,香葱叶切粒。
  • 3.开锅中大火,把牛肉末倒入后推散,煸至转成浅色。
  • 4.把牛肉末拨一边,另一边放入葱白末、干葱末、蒜末和姜末入锅,爆香。
  • 5.加入辣椒屑,稍炒。
  • 6.倒入牛肉末,翻均匀。
  • 7.将粉丝滤水,加粉丝入锅,加生抽1大匙、蚝油1大匙、精盐1/4小匙、老抽1/2大匙、白糖1/3小匙、胡椒粉1/3小匙、白兰地1/2大匙,兜匀。
  • 8.临出锅时撒入熟黑芝麻,出锅,面上用葱绿粒点缀上面。Enjoy !
