  • 1.番茄洗净去皮,切成小丁。
  • 2.洋葱、五花肉分别切成小丁待用。
  • 3.将胡萝卜、焯烫的菠菜榨成汁,分别倒入面粉中搅拌。
  • 4.揉成光滑略硬的面团,放入冰箱冷藏室静置20分钟待用。
  • 5.番茄2个、甜面酱20g、大酱60g、白砂糖4勺混合拌匀。
  • 6.锅置火上小火下入五花肉煸炒。
  • 7.煸至肥肉微黄出油,加洋葱碎煸香。
  • 8.倒入番茄块转至中小火不停翻炒。
  • 9.翻炒至酱汁红亮浓稠即可。
  • 10.面团取出后擀成薄片,撒上面粉叠成若干层。
  • 11.刀切成细面条,抖散待用。
  • 12.玉米粒入沸水锅中焯熟捞出沥干。
  • 13.锅中水烧沸,放入面条搅散后煮至断生,捞出用冷水过滤几下冷却,盛在碗内。
  • 14.将番茄炸酱添入面碗中,撒上玉米粒即可。
