  • 冷水13g

Steps to make 焦糖布丁

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将细砂糖和冷水放入锅中,中大火熬至周围变黄。
  • 3.熬至大泡变成小泡泡,颜色变成红褐色,比较粘稠时关火。
  • 4.立刻加入15克热水搅拌均匀,倒入模具里等凉。
  • 5.此时可以做布丁液,鸡蛋加白糖搅散。
  • 6.搅匀的鸡蛋液。
  • 7.牛奶小火加热至快沸腾的阶段,关火。
  • 8.牛奶分几次加到鸡蛋液中,每一次都拌匀再倒入新的。
  • 9.拌匀的布丁液。
  • 10.烤盘加水,把模具放入烤盘中,160度35分钟左右即可。
  • 11.烤好的布丁冷藏后,用小刀沿着边边划一圈即可脱模。
