Steps to make 自制鱼豆腐

  • 1.准备食材:玉米淀粉,草鱼切片,鸡蛋。
  • 2.碗中准备葱姜、花椒和八角,加入热水浸泡半小时。
  • 3.破壁机中加入鱼肉、鸡蛋和去除料渣的葱姜花椒八角料水,启动开关将鱼肉打成肉泥。
  • 4.去除未打碎的鱼皮 ,加入淀粉以增加鱼肉泥的粘度。
  • 5.搅拌均匀上劲。
  • 6.模具刷油。
  • 7.将鱼肉泥倒入模具用刮刀刮平。
  • 8.盖上盖子打开排气孔上锅蒸20分钟。
  • 9.脱模后切块放入平底锅倒入食用油煎至几面金黄。
  • 10.成品图。
