看过一个菜的做法,好像是用木瓜做的,凭感觉,做了道泰酱木瓜煮酥肉。让小MM试了下,她说好吃极了,哈哈,那就好,不过,这道菜要趁热吃,凉了肉就不酥了,嘿嘿。

Steps to make 泰酱木瓜煮酥肉

  • 1.五花肉一斤,洋葱、尖椒一个,牛油,泰式酸辣酱适量。
  • 2.木瓜半只。
  • 3.将猪肉且1厘米厚的片。
  • 4.洋葱,木瓜,尖椒切粒。
  • 5.起油锅,烧热油,下猪肉炸炸熟待用。
  • 6.盛出待用。
  • 7.将油倒出,将牛油入锅烧融,下尖椒,洋葱下锅炒香。
  • 8.加入清水,泰式酸辣酱大火炒匀。
  • 9.大火炒匀。
  • 10.待材料熟透之后,加入木瓜粒炒匀。
  • 11.再加入炸熟的五花肉炒拌均匀,加入适量的盐调味。
  • 12.行了,酸酸甜甜辣辣的就是我,味道不错。
