海鲜酸辣汤

  • 花生油1大勺
  • 白糖少许
  • 香油数滴

Steps to make 海鲜酸辣汤

  • 1.大葱切丝,胡萝卜切丝,笋切丝;
  • 2.木耳切丝,香菇切丝,豆腐切丝;
  • 3.鱿鱼切丝,海参切粗丝或整个,虾仁切段或整个;
  • 4.香菜叶、香葱叶切碎;
  • 5.胡椒粉和陈醋一起放进小碗,搅拌均匀成酸辣汁备用;
  • 6.起炒锅,下花生油,热锅凉油爆炒葱丝、胡萝卜丝和香菇丝,至出香味;
  • 7.加入鸡汤,烧开后下豆腐丝;
  • 8.下笋丝、木耳丝。
  • 9.再次烧开,下鱿鱼丝、海参和虾仁;
  • 10.沸腾后加入生抽;
  • 11.加入盐和少许白糖,尝尝味道,调出适合的咸淡味道;
  • 12.待汤水再次沸腾后,下入水淀粉,不要一次加入,少量多次,慢慢调出自己喜欢的浓稠度;
  • 13.再次沸腾后,隔粗筛下入打散的鸡蛋,同时移动粗筛,转出漂亮的蛋花丝;
  • 14.待汤汁再次煮沸后,一次加入调好的酸辣汁,烧开后煮10秒钟(数着),关火。
  • 15.加入几滴香油;
  • 16.撒上葱花和香菜末,起锅!
