开洋肉米芋头羹
人少,买只芋头可以吃几顿,做了几个菜还没吃完,这次加点豆腐,刚刚买回的开洋做个豆腐羹,味道好极了,豆腐嫩,芋头糯,开洋鲜,肉丁香,好吃还低脂肪!

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.芋头去皮切丁,开洋加清水泡一刻钟。
  • 3.豆腐去盒,切小块,开水里稍微汆烫十几秒。
  • 4.精肉切丁,加盐,料酒,生粉,胡椒粉抓匀腌制一刻钟。
  • 5.热锅凉油,煸香姜末,加入肉丁炒变色。
  • 6.加入芋头丁。
  • 7.再加入豆腐丁,开洋(连泡开洋的水一起加入)
  • 8.加适量的清水烧开炖到芋头酥烂。
  • 9.加少许的盐,一点点白糖再一边淋入水淀粉一边用勺子往一个方向推成圈。
  • 10.烧开撒葱花就可以。
  • 11.芋头羹就做好了。
