草莓乳酪三明治
今天这款开放式三明治,做法超级简单,乳酪是用自己做的原味酸奶过滤出来的,没有加糖,为了早餐需要带来的一天的好心情,把草莓摆成蝴蝶的样子,两只在花丛中的蝴蝶,有没有让你想起那首歌:亲爱的你慢慢飞......!好吧,一天的好心情就从这有两只蝴蝶的三明治开始吧

Steps to make 草莓乳酪三明治

  • 1.全麦吐司切片,草莓洗净晾干表面水分,或者红布吸干表面水分
  • 2.自制的原味酸奶,过滤酸奶的布要开水烫了消毒
  • 3.把酸奶倒在布上
  • 4.下面弄一个高一点的容器接奶清,把布棒在筷子上,架在上面
  • 5.这样放置大约一小时左右,奶清就会被过滤出来了
  • 6.过滤好的酸奶乳酪,这种乳酪营养很丰富,补钙效果极佳
  • 7.把乳酪涂在吐司片上
  • 8.均匀涂抹到整个面上
  • 9.草莓切片,按图摆成蝴蝶的形状,须是黄瓜皮做的
  • 10.把切好的草莓按蝴蝶的样子摆在乳酪上,还可以弄一点小花朵,小昆虫之类的点缀,我的弄来一点百香果籽随意丢了几粒在上面
  • 11.还可以把草莓切成花朵摆上,蝴蝶在花丛中飞舞的感觉有没有
