  • 玉米油30ml
  • 泡打粉5ml
  • 1.25ml

Steps to make 红糖樱桃玛芬

  • 1.将蛋液、玉米油、牛奶倒入一个玻璃大碗中
  • 2. 加入红糖和盐,搅拌均匀
  • 3.新鲜樱桃去蒂去核,切成小块,倒入碗中
  • 4.搅拌均匀待用
  • 5.将低粉、泡打粉过筛到一个大碗中
  • 6.再次过筛到玻璃碗中
  • 7.用刮到从下往上轻轻翻拌,拌到面粉全部湿润即可
  • 8.拌好的面糊倒入麦芬模具中,7分满(我的模具口径较大,我只倒了1/2左右)
  • 9.烤箱预热180度,放入中层,烤25-30分钟左右
  • 10.烤至表面完全膨胀,并呈现棕红色,插入一根牙签,拔出没有粘连物即表示熟了
