很久很久没有吃辣了,看看自己最近做的菜,都是清淡无味的,肚子里叽里咕噜就是想吃辣的。再不吃辣的都对不起川妹子的称号了,本来想买牛肉的,结果回家太晚了没有买到。用猪肉也要做来吃了。这是昨日晚上拍的好过程图。天黑照相看不清,于是今天中午又做了很大一锅。带去上班那里分享给同事们一起吃。这香味在这个季节来说真的是赤裸裸的诱惑呀。超级的下饭,减肥的MM们就不要吃了。因为会让你多吃两碗饭,哈哈

  • 1.里脊肉切片加淀粉,料酒腌制30分钟。

  • 3.坐锅烧热下油炒莴笋。
  • 4.加适量的盐。
  • 5.炒熟之后装在一个大碗里。
  • 6.将就底油再炒土豆。

  • 16.加一勺白糖。
  • 17.豆皮煮好厚捞出装碗里,重在土豆上面。
  • 18.锅里捞干净只剩汤之后加腌制好的肉片。
  • 19.倒下去后慢慢滑散。30秒马上关火。
  • 20.全部倒在大碗里。
  • 21.撒上大量的辣椒粉和花椒粉。
  • 22.撒上葱段。
  • 23.坐锅烧热放多点油。加切好的干辣椒炒香。
  • 24.马上泼在上面即可。
