浓香拌面酱
平时我们在家里做蘸汁,拌面酱什么的大多数用炒锅做。有时候就要一点蘸汁就好,用炒锅做油溅到哪里都是不说,还不过黏锅呢!做多了,吃不完,下次吃的时候又不香,还得洗锅抹灶台的,有时觉得好麻烦,自从我学会了用微波炉做各种酱之后,什么时候要用酱料汁,随吃随做,香味浓郁,无论是拌饭还是拌面,做饭当调料都百搭。保证你不用刷锅洗碗,也不用抹灶台,轻松省事,下面就来说说做法,好好利用一下家里的微波炉的功能。

Steps to make 浓香拌面酱

  • 1.准好用到的材料,
  • 2.用一个碗把油和蒜末调匀,用微波炉高火叮3--4分钟
  • 3.叮4分钟拿出来看看是否火候到位了,蒜末大部分浮起来了但是颜色稍微还欠点火候,蒜末不够干水分多,香味不浓,
  • 4.再回炉叮1分钟,拿出来色泽微微的发黄就好了,好香呀,
  • 5.先加上辣椒末搅拌一下,再放酱油,这个酱不需要放盐了。因为酱油都比较咸的,
  • 6.再来一勺鸡精也要搅拌均匀
  • 7.因为今天这款酱是用来做拌面的酱,所以我加了一勺番茄酱,一来加了番茄酱使这个酱更加有层次感,二来让这个酱更加浓稠,好拌面。
  • 8.加一勺熟芝麻,再加一勺复合豆瓣酱,全部搅拌均匀记得回炉叮1分钟,
  • 9.出炉后撒上香葱末
  • 10.拌匀,色泽很诱人哟!香位扑鼻的拌面酱就做好了
