砂锅豆腐是我跟老公每次出去吃烧烤都必点的菜,很喜欢喝那汤,热乎乎的感觉很温暖,而且不用担心发胖呢,因为冬瓜可以减肥去浮肿哦!呵呵O(∩_∩)O~我也偷偷地学来了,买了砂锅,开始实践!

  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 虾皮若干

Steps to make 砂锅豆腐煲

  • 1.冬瓜去皮切片,粉丝冲洗之后,用凉水泡上。
  • 2.起锅放油,油热后放葱花,虾皮爆香。放入冬瓜片,翻炒。
  • 3.加水,烧开,放盐。
  • 4.转入砂锅炖一会,放入粉丝。
  • 5.盒豆腐倒出来,切成小块。
  • 6.豆腐倒入砂锅。
  • 7.烧开后,淋入鸡蛋液。
  • 8.关火,撒香菜末。
