  • 蒸鱼豉油10克

Steps to make 啤酒蒸黄花鱼

  • 1.黄花鱼去鳞及内脏洗净。
  • 2.在鱼身的两面各切一刀。
  • 3.整齐的码放在盘中。
  • 4.在鱼身上面撒上一些葱姜丝。
  • 5.分别倒上料酒和白酒。
  • 6.白酒。。。。。。
  • 7.最后倒上啤酒。
  • 8.放入蒸锅中。
  • 9.盖盖旺火蒸8分钟关火。
  • 10.取出倒掉蒸鱼的汤汁,拣出葱姜丝。
  • 11.再重新撒上一些葱姜丝。
  • 12.最后再倒上蒸鱼豉油即可。
