法式熔岩巧克力蛋糕
自从看了君之老师这个视频,我就想试试。其实学了烘焙以来,好多朋友都建议开个微店卖蛋糕饼干。可我觉得这是我的乐趣,只想和家人朋友分享,可惜出门在外,和朋友们又不能时常见面,失败或成功,好吃或不好吃,都只能自己品尝。孤身一人,有时候也心酸。也许因为这样,才喜欢甜品吧。通过自己的双手,让生活充满甜味,也是一种自我安慰。

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.黄油和巧克力隔水加热
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.鸡蛋和蛋黄加入细砂糖
  • 5.用电动打蛋器搅打至浓稠
  • 6.巧克力糊加入打发至浓稠的鸡蛋,搅拌均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉
  • 8.包上保鲜膜,冷藏一小时
  • 9.冷藏后取出装入裱花袋
  • 10.挤入纸杯,7分满
  • 11.烤箱220度,8-10分钟
  • 12.成品
