Steps to make 红薯芋圆

  • 1.红薯切块,放锅中蒸熟。
  • 2.红薯用勺子压成泥。
  • 3.木薯淀粉混合糖加开水搅拌成絮状。分别和不同颜色红薯泥揉搓成条状,切成粒。
  • 4.锅中煮红豆汤,加入冰糖,约煮45分钟。
  • 5.加入做好的芋圆放入红豆汤中,再煮5、6分钟即可出锅。
