小老虎酥球
虎年了,除了满大街铺天盖地的各种虎年海报、招贴画、小挂件,连美食都有了不少虎元素。我也跟跟风,烤一盘小老虎酥球饼干。除了手痒,也是为了解解馋,毕竟这美味的小甜品没有任何添加剂,全是实打实的好材料。

做法超简单,跟小朋友玩的彩泥差不多。哈,过年了,就当自己是个孩子,做手工玩一玩吧。

小老虎酥球饼干并不大,也就有栗子那么大,嘴大点儿的一口“啊呜”就没了。因此,五官咱就不用面团做了,烤好后用黑白巧克力画上,再用食用色素笔简单捯饬一下,萌萌的小老虎就做好了。

趁着还没正式过节,有时间鼓捣几样,包成礼盒,送亲戚朋友,礼轻情义重,而且绝不会“撞礼”。

  • 无盐黄油50克
  • 低筋面粉75克
  • 糖粉25克
  • 奶粉5克
  • 南瓜粉2克

Steps to make 小老虎酥球

  • 1.材料准备好;
  • 2.黄油室温软化,手指轻按有指坑;倒入糖粉,先和黄油混合,防止打发时飞溅,再用电动打蛋器搅打至黄油颜色变浅,呈羽毛状;
  • 3.粉类混合;
  • 4.筛入黄油糊中;
  • 5.用刮刀切拌、按压成絮状;
  • 6.再用手抓捏成团,不要过度揉捏;
  • 7.每个面团12.5克,搓揉成圆球状,这是老虎的脑袋;
  • 8.耳朵分别取绿豆大小的面团,捏成半圆,按在头顶部;蒙保鲜膜,放进冰箱冷藏30分钟;
  • 9.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度20分钟;
  • 10.出炉后晾凉,用融化的黑、白巧克力画出五官,食用色素笔勾勒出虎纹、嘴巴、腮红。
  • 11.小老虎酥球,一口一个,香甜美味!
