冰糖肘子

  • 冰糖40克
  • 黄酒50克
  • 老抽2茶匙
  • 生抽4茶匙
  • 八角2粒
  • 炖肉料包1个
  • 香叶3片
  • 白芷2片
  • 草果1个

Steps to make 冰糖肘子

  • 1.肘子清洗干净,冷水下锅一边煮一边将浮沫捞出,直到不再出浮沫为止。
  • 2.将煮好的肘子捞出,用镊子摘去细小的毛。
  • 3.调料:黄酒、葱姜、冰糖、老抽、生抽、腐乳汁、八角、香叶、白芷、白扣葱姜等调料(家里调料不全,又用了一个炖肉料包)
  • 4.处理干净的肘子放入砂锅中,加入所有调料,加入温水稍稍莫过肘子。
  • 5.砂锅置火上,大火烧沸后,改小火煨煮1.5个小时左右。
  • 6.烧制的时候注意翻面。
  • 7.最后把汤汁稍稍收浓即可。
