  • 1.皮蛋剥开,杏鲍菇用水冲洗干净。上次看央视上一个美食栏目,说是杏鲍菇用水冲洗比浸泡洗的好。
  • 2.香葱洗净切葱花备用。
  • 3.生姜切片。
  • 4.杏鲍菇和皮蛋分别切丁备用。
  • 5.砂锅中放入半碗粳米,加半锅水大火煮开,捞出浮沫,然后加入皮蛋和鲍菇煮沸,小火慢煮一个小时。用砂锅煮出来的粥是非常香的。盛入碗中撒上香葱即可。
