  • 1.小米椒洗干净后,晾干水份。
  • 2.蒜瓣、姜块。
  • 3.再准备一小碟辣椒粉。
  • 4.小米椒放入搅碎机。
  • 5.搅打成有颗粒的碎末。
  • 6.把姜蒜也放入搅碎机。
  • 7.搅碎。
  • 8.把搅好的所有食材放入大碗。
  • 9.放入盐、糖、米酒。
  • 10.搅拌入味。
  • 11.再倒入辣椒粉。
  • 12.拌匀即可。
  • 13.准备两个高温消毒过的容器。
  • 14.放入辣椒酱,装至八分满。
  • 15.再倒入高度米酒封面,放置两三天后就可以吃了。
  • 16.成品。香辣开胃,拌饭拌面绝佳。
