【巧克力黄油环】来自巧克力的浓情诱惑

  • 1.备好所需食材;
  • 2.黄油软化后和细砂糖混合,用电动打蛋器搅拌,混合均匀;分次加入蛋液,搅拌至全部混合;
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和可可粉,加入朗姆酒,用刮刀拌和呈面团状;
  • 4.选出合适的裱花嘴,将面团放入裱花袋中;
  • 5.烤盘铺油纸,均匀的挤出圆环状;烤箱温度175度,时间15分钟,预热后,放入烤盘即可;
  • 6.烤好后的饼干,放凉,巧克力隔水融化,手持饼干一端,蘸取少许巧克力后,裹上一层椰蓉,放入盘内,待巧克力凝固后即可。
