Steps to make 酸菜鱼

  • 1.草鱼一条切片,鱼骨鱼头切块(可以在菜场叫师傅帮忙片好)
  • 2.用自来水冲去鱼片上的血水
  • 3.准备酸菜鱼料包
  • 4.我用的是桥头牌,里面有4包东西
  • 5.先用腌鱼料把鱼片和鱼骨鱼头一起拌匀,腌制5分钟
  • 6.锅里热油,我不喜欢太多油,就放了一点
  • 7.倒入酸菜包翻炒
  • 8.炒香后倒入液体调料
  • 9.再倒入粉末调料
  • 10.以及1500ml水
  • 11.三样东西同时下锅拌匀,盖上锅盖等水煮沸
  • 12.水沸后,放入鱼头鱼骨煮3分钟
  • 13.倒入鱼片
  • 14.待鱼片煮熟后即可出锅
  • 15.装盘
  • 16.满满一大盘比外面饭店做的量更大更卫生
