Steps to make 布丁,焦糖的NO,还是原味的口感好!

  • 1.鸡蛋打散,加糖搅拌均匀。
  • 2.牛奶倒入锅中,放入香草精,煮到80°关火。
  • 3.把牛奶倒入蛋液中,一边倒一边搅,混合均匀后再将蛋液过筛。
  • 4.将蛋液倒入碗中,表面加盖锡纸。烤盘内放1-2cm热水,烤箱内160°烘烤40分钟。出炉冷藏后口感更佳!
