鸳鸯火锅汤底
天气越来越冷了,不吃火锅怎么对得起这寒天冻地?今天在家来一锅,自制鸳鸯火锅:一半是鲜香四溢的菌菇锅,一半是香辣诱人的辣汤锅。

  • 浓汤宝128g
  • 蟹香菇60g
  • 香菇10g
  • 白玉菇70g

Steps to make 鸳鸯火锅汤底

  • 1.先来做菌菇锅:水中放入姜片和浓汤宝(建议6碗水加2个浓汤宝)
  • 2.水沸化开浓汤宝后,放入枸杞和红枣。
  • 3.放入香菇、白玉菇、蟹香菇等菌菇,煮沸后改小火煮入味即可。
  • 4.再来做香辣锅:油热放入花椒粒和干辣椒段炸香
  • 5.放豆瓣酱、生姜和葱段翻炒
  • 6.放入水,放入2个浓汤宝(建议6碗水加2个浓汤宝)
  • 7.水沸化开浓汤宝即可
  • 8.两种锅底都已准备就序
  • 9.再来些自己喜欢的其他肉类、海鲜类、蔬菜等,还有芝麻酱或其他蘸料开涮!
