  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 红烧鸡块

  • 1.鸡腿冲洗干净
  • 2.剁成块
  • 3.放入料酒,花椒,姜片,八角,生抽,拌匀腌制1小时
  • 4.尖椒切段,蒜,姜片和红辣椒备用
  • 5.把蒜,姜片和红辣椒放入油锅,炒出香味
  • 6.倒入鸡块翻炒
  • 7.先倒入老抽,在倒入开水,小火焖15分钟
  • 8.放入冰糖大火收汁
  • 9.倒入尖椒段翻炒
  • 10.出锅前加入鸡精即可
