Steps to make 南瓜牛奶布丁

  • 1.我们将蒸熟的南瓜放凉后,戴上一次性手套,将它捏成泥状备用。
  • 2.然后我们将牛奶和细砂糖倒入盆子里,用手动打蛋器混合均匀。
  • 3.接着我们将南瓜泥也加入其中,用打蛋器充分混合均匀。
  • 4.混合好后,我们再加入两个鸡蛋,继续用手动打蛋器混合均匀。
  • 5.所有材料混合完毕后,我们用网筛过滤一下,我一共过滤了三次,这样出来的布丁液比较细腻,最后出来的口感也会更滑嫩好吃。
  • 6.过滤好的布丁液,我们将它分装在布丁瓶子内,布丁瓶一定要是耐高温的。如果没有布丁瓶的话。你也可以放在其他耐高温的容器里也可以!此时将daogrs s8蒸烤箱预热150度上下火。
  • 7.布丁瓶楼记得用锡纸包裹好,烤箱预热好后,送入daogrs s8蒸烤箱中层,用纯蒸功能,110度,蒸35分钟左右即可!
  • 8.成品,做好的布丁放在冰箱冷藏后,口感更佳!
