果仁豆沙面包
这款面包用了奶油,故奶香味十足,同时,因为有奶油的缘故,也省却了用黄油或是色拉油其他什么油脂类的食材,吃起来,相对也健康些,再加上放了果仁,也丰富了口感,味道真的很好吃哦。

  • 奶油130克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 1克
  • 白糖130克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 果仁豆沙面包

  • 1.把所有的原料都称量好。
  • 2.所有的食材都放进面包机,除黄油,启动和面程序,当面团有筋力时,加入黄油继续和面。
  • 3.趁着和面的空档,把腰果仁用擀面杖擀成碎粒。
  • 4.直到面团和至可以拉出不易破洞的薄膜后,就可以了。
  • 5.搓圆放入面包机内,启动发酵程序,发酵至2倍大时,即表示发酵成功了。
  • 6.接着把面团取出,揉搓排气,然后分成小剂子,再饧10分钟。
  • 7.接着取一个小剂子,放入适量的红豆沙馅,包成小包子。
  • 8.团成一个个小面包,然后刷上蛋液。
  • 9.洒上果仁碎,放入烤箱内二次发酵。
  • 10.当发酵至原来的2倍大时,进行烤制,烤箱预热160度,中层,上下火,40分钟。
