Steps to make 煎黑椒牛肉烤肠

  • 1.芦笋刮掉根部是老皮。
  • 2.开水焯烫一下捞出,放入凉水中过凉,以保持爽脆。
  • 3.牛油果切粒备用。
  • 4.甜椒切块,洋葱切滚刀片。
  • 5.德式黑椒牛肉肠,两根切成小段。
  • 6.煎锅里放少许的油,放入烤中小火煎。
  • 7.一面煎变色后翻面煎另一面。
  • 8.侧面最好也煎一下,煎好后盛出来备用。
  • 9.利用锅里煎出来的底油,放入洋葱炒一下。
  • 10.把芦笋切段放入,甜椒也放入。
  • 11.加入盐和糖翻炒一下。
  • 12.再加 一点蚝油提鲜。
  • 13.最后把煎好的烤肠放入拌均匀即可。
  • 14.离火后可以把牛油放入就可以享用啦。
