墨米莲子饭
墨米我还是第一次吃,尤其还是来自巴马的墨米,巴马墨米又称黑糯米,壮话叫“候墨”。因其谷壳、米粒内外均为紫黑色而得名。此米成产于广西巴马县,故又称“巴马墨米”。今天做呢墨米饭,味道很赞,有股特殊的味道我很喜欢,而且喜欢他的口感吃起来咯吱咯吱的有嚼头,我爱吃一粒粒的米饭,今天做的真的合适,如果喜欢软米饭的就要多加水才行。
做这个米饭之前我就想最后整个莲蓬似的造型,所以一起蒸了些莲子,本想着蒸米饭时顺便把莲子隔水蒸熟,白白的莲子插在墨米饭上肯定挺好看的,结果没想到蒸饭的水没过了蒸屉把莲子给染色了,不过最后插上去感觉这颜色也不错似的哈哈。墨米饭我做的甜口的,最后吃的时候再淋上些玫瑰酱,味道赞赞,老人孩子肯定更爱吃。

Steps to make 墨米莲子饭

  • 1.准备好食材:墨米250克、泡好的莲子100克、玫瑰酱30克、白糖20克
  • 2.首先把两杯墨米放入盆中清洗两次
  • 3.然后将洗好的墨米放入电饭煲内
  • 4.加入清水到水位线2那里(如果你爱吃软点的饭就多放点水)
  • 5.然后把蒸屉放上去,屉里放个小硅胶垫。
  • 6.把泡好的莲子放在硅胶垫上
  • 7.盖盖子插电源选柴火饭、米种选香米、标准口感。
  • 8.听到语音播报说柴火饭好了,打开锅盖加入20克白糖用铲子拌匀。
  • 9.把米饭盛在一个平底的饭碗里按瓷实一些
  • 10.然后扣出来,再把蒸熟的莲子插在表面。
  • 11.吃之前淋上玫瑰酱即可。
