肉丸烧萝卜
以往,多数用白萝卜煲汤,今天用自制的肉丸红烧白萝卜,又一种变化新吃法,白萝卜的口感特别清甜,肉丸中渗入萝卜的甘甜,非常赞!

  • 猪肉丸7个
  • 蒜苗2根
  • 蚝油2汤匙
  • 酱油1汤匙
  • 鱼露1汤匙
  • 老抽半汤匙
  • 鸡粉少许

Steps to make 肉丸烧萝卜

  • 1.白萝卜、蒜苗。
  • 2.萝卜洗净,去皮切滚刀块,蒜苗洗净,头尾分开切段。
  • 3.肉丸对半切开。
  • 4.热锅,下适量油,蒜梗部分爆香。
  • 5.倒入白萝卜翻炒片刻。
  • 6.加入酱油继续爆炒。
  • 7.调入蚝油。
  • 8.加入鱼露、老抽。
  • 9.倒入肉丸,翻炒片刻。
  • 10.倒入和食材持平的清水。
  • 11.遮上锅盖大火焖煮30分钟。
  • 12.烧至酱汁收干,调入盐、鸡粉。
  • 13.撒些蒜叶,翻炒均匀即可。
