缤纷水果披萨
转眼又到了菠萝上市的季节啦,喜欢用菠萝做成的水果披萨,有股特别的香气,做水果披萨很随意的 ,挑选自己喜欢的水果就行了。水果先用黄油炒制一下可以去除里面的水分,而且会更香哈,今天加了一点肉桂粉里面,闻上去有点难以接受的肉桂粉,没想到加在水果里面这么搭,今天的披萨很满意!
由于时间的关系,饼皮提前烤了7,8分熟放着的,馅料也是提前炒好的,等到要吃的时候直接放馅料饼皮上烤,发现这样做还很方便的!

Steps to make 缤纷水果披萨

  • 1.先来制作饼坯,酵母放牛奶里面融化后倒入面粉中
  • 2.用筷子搅成絮状
  • 3.加入软化的黄油里面
  • 4.揉成光滑的面团即可
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜发酵到2倍左右的大小
  • 6.取出揉匀,排出空气,分成2份
  • 7.取一个面团擀成饼状
  • 8.放进模具里面,压平然后盖上保鲜膜松弛20分钟(模具提前用黄油抹上薄薄的一层,防粘)
  • 9.松弛好后用叉子插上小孔
  • 10.放进预热好的烤箱165度,中层,烤上10分钟左右,然后取出晾凉备用(饼坯这个时候大概7,8分熟)
  • 11.再来做馅,洗净水果
  • 12.去皮切丁
  • 13.锅里加黄油烧热,小火慢慢融化
  • 14.溶化后加入苹果和梨子丁里面慢慢翻炒,水分炒干一点后加入一勺糖里面
  • 15.接着放入香蕉和菠萝丁,最后加入一小勺肉桂粉里面炒匀关火
  • 16.炒好的水果馅盛起来
  • 17.取一个饼坯,抹上一层草莓果酱
  • 18.铺上一层马苏里拉芝士
  • 19.铺上一层炒好的水果馅
  • 20.在表面再铺上一层马苏里拉芝士,然后放进预热好的烤箱180度,中层,烤上8分钟左右!
