  • 2.秋葵切小块,放开水锅中焯烫。
  • 3.捞出立即凉水过凉,保持翠绿颜色。
  • 4.平底锅超热放色拉油,油热倒入蛋液。蛋液凝固,翻炒均匀。
  • 5.炒好的鸭蛋。
  • 6.过热放油,油热爆香蒜末
  • 7.放入秋葵翻炒均匀。
