锅塌豆腐

  • 蚝油1大勺

  • 白糖1勺

Steps to make 锅塌豆腐

  • 1.豆腐切成5mm左右厚的片,两面抹上适量盐腌制15分钟左右。葱、姜切丝。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,豆腐上裹上一层薄薄的淀粉,入蛋液中裏上鸡蛋液。
  • 3.入油锅中煎至两面金黄。
  • 4.拔到一边,放入葱、姜丝炒出香味。
  • 5.沿锅边倒入料酒、生抽、1小碗清水(有鸡汤更好)蚝油、白糖,大火煮开后转小火焖煮。
  • 6.烧至汤汁浓稠,洒入香葱碎。
  • 7.出锅装盘。
