快手简单榴莲酥
榴莲酥是用榴莲果肉和面粉烤制的一种甜点。金黄诱人的榴莲酥以新鲜榴莲果肉配制的软滑馅心,配以层次分明、异常松化、做工精细的酥皮,令人食指大动。吃完后淡淡的榴莲味让人“榴莲”忘返。
本方子是3个量,总法式酥皮,或者思念飞饼,或者蛋挞皮都是可以的,做法都一样

  • 法式酥皮3张
  • 淡奶油15克
  • 黄油10克
  • 砂糖5克
  • 蛋黄液一个蛋黄
  • 黑芝麻少许

Steps to make 快手简单榴莲酥

  • 1.榴莲果肉扒下来以后用料理机打成细腻的泥
  • 2.称量淡奶油跟黄油
  • 3.起锅,锅内放入黄油,点火,黄油化了以后开始炒榴莲馅
  • 4.倒入榴莲泥开始炒出水份
  • 5.炒出些水份以后倒入淡奶油继续翻炒,炒馅料最主要的是耐心,过程有些枯燥,慢慢炒,不断的翻馅,避免糊了
  • 6.把榴莲馅炒的稍微能抱团了就可以了,这时候拿出冰箱冷冻的酥皮解冻,这里如果没有酥皮的亲,可以用思念飞饼或者蛋挞皮都可以,做法都一样
  • 7.一般过两三分钟就可以解冻了, 需要准备一个叉子
  • 8.如图放上榴莲馅,自己做的可以放很多馅料,过瘾……
  • 9.对折,如图
  • 10.用叉子按出如图这样的花纹
  • 11.都包好以后放入烤盘
  • 12.均匀的刷上蛋黄液
  • 13.撒⬆️黑芝麻,烤箱预热180度,中层,15到20分钟就可以出炉了
  • 14.出炉后金黄的酥皮,透着浓浓的榴莲香味
