  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.200g 糯米粉+140g 粘米粉 (比例约3:2),慢慢加水揉至光滑。
  • 3.手心沾点油,将面团分成等大的小圆球。
  • 4.轻轻压扁小圆球,将芝士包入面团中,揉成长条形状
  • 5.将芝士年糕条放入蒸锅内,蒸10分钟左右。
  • 6.将蒸好的年糕放入冷水中冷却片刻。
  • 7.锅中热油,放入洋葱丝、葱、辣白菜炒出香味后,放入鱼豆腐、胡萝卜、白菜炒匀。
  • 8.加适量水,放入年糕条和韩式辣酱炒匀。
  • 9.中火收汁。
  • 10.大功告成!
