草莓班戟
吃惯了芒果班戟,今天不妨换个味道,新鲜上市的草莓加上甜腻奶油的碰撞,美味!

  • 班戟预拌粉100g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油10g
  • 牛奶200g
  • 奶油400g

Steps to make 草莓班戟

  • 1.鸡蛋打散,和牛奶一起混合搅拌均匀;加入班戟预拌粉搅拌均匀
  • 2.黄油隔水融化成液体,加入后拌匀;将混合好的液体过筛
  • 3.舀一勺过筛后的液体,倒入班戟盘中,端起盘子转圈让液体平铺
  • 4.放入微波炉中,高火1分钟后取出晾凉
  • 5.奶油隔冰水打发
  • 6.取部分奶油放在中间部位,然后放一颗草莓,再在草莓上盖一些奶油
  • 7.记住草莓尖的方向,先包跟草莓尖平行的这两个边,朝上折起;然后稍微整形,将另两个边也折起包好,整理下,最后再用刀从草莓中间切开即可
  • 8.香甜可口
