【义乌】鲜肉春卷
春卷的花样千百种,就当当义乌而言我知道的就有十几种,有豆皮制做的,有米皮制做的,有豆腐馅的,虾仁的,鲜肉的,牛肉的,全素的。。。。不过每年春节我都是做豆皮的,豆皮的制做简单快手,口感酥脆金黄,我个人是十分的喜欢,现在就送上先朋友们也可以试一下哦。

Steps to make 【义乌】鲜肉春卷

  • 1.将豆皮泡好,猪肉剁成蓉。
  • 2.在猪肉里打入一枚鸡蛋,加入细盐及少许的料酒,再拌好备用。
  • 3.将拌好的肉馅包在泡软的豆皮里。
  • 4.豆皮从下至上卷好,入预热好的电饼铛,并加适量色拉油。
  • 5.电饼铛上盖,煎烙至豆皮酥脆。
  • 6.如图这样子就可以了。
  • 7.出电饼铛,切改配入番茄酱或是酸梅酱即可。
