红豆栗子糖水

Steps to make 红豆栗子糖水

  • 1.红豆洗干净,提前一夜浸泡。
  • 2.将浸泡好的红豆放进砂锅,加入2000ml的沸水放火烧开。
  • 3.栗子用剪刀剪去外壳,用热水浸泡十分钟,去掉皮备用。
  • 4.大火煮沸后,去掉浮沫,转为小火煮1小时以上。(我煮了1.5小时)期间要记得搅拌。
  • 5.准备50g的冰片糖备用。
  • 6.这时候的红豆已经煮得微烂,就可以加入栗子冰片糖煮15分钟左右,煮到栗子熟透,均匀搅拌即可食用。
